William A. Kibbe & Associates developed a 3D model for use in an urban planning study for the city of Saginaw, Michigan. Multiple sources were used to illustrate accurate 3D components including photos, linked 2D Autocad drawings, and satellite imagery.

The final model was used for marketing, design visualization, proposed development, and as an instrument to encourage discussion during the New E.R.A. Downtown Design Charrette. WAK provided technical expertise as part of the design team involved in the Charrette planning and urban redevelopment process.
