William A. Kibbe & Associates provided complete architectural, mechanical, and electrical design engineering services for this renovation of this office and call center in Saginaw, Michigan.

The 185,000 square foot facility was originally designed as AT&T’s district communication hub and remained occupied during all phases of construction for the new building owner. As each area of the building was renovated, the air handling equipment and lighting were brought up to current standards and incorporated into a new full building energy management system.

The original building ventilation systems were maintained throughout the upgrades to allow employees to continue working undisturbed.
