William A. Kibbe & Associates, Inc. provided architectural design, surveying, and civil / structural / mechanical / electrical engineering design services for the development of this two-story medical office building located in Saginaw, Michigan. The building is divided into three separate suites and this project was designed to meet LEED specifications.
