William A. Kibbe & Associates provided engineering design services for a new facility for the Isabella County Road Commission.

The new facility is comprised of two structures – the 9,980 SF office area, as well as the 63,112 SF maintenance area with interior parking. Features include:
Exhaust fans for fume mitigation and air movement
5-7 ton bridge crane for vehicle maintenance
Storage mezzanine
In-floor radiant heating system
480/277V distribution system with means for emergency generator hookup
LED lighting design
