William A. Kibbe & Associates provides engineering design services for parking lots of all shapes, sizes, and conditions.

We provided surveying, and civil and electrical engineering design services for Covenant HealthCare for a new 300+ space parking lot development in Saginaw, Michigan.

Topographic surveying and complete civil engineering design and construction documentation was provided for the design of the development including paving of the parking lot and curbs, storm sewers, LED site lighting, and surrounding landscaping.

Site layouts, drawings, formal site plans, grading and drainage plans were designed in accordance with current zoning requirements set by the City of Saginaw, as well as standard requirements from Covenant HealthCare.
