William A. Kibbe & Associates provided surveying and engineering design services for the addition of playground features to Celebration Park located in Saginaw, Michigan.

A multi-level boulder-climbing garden was installed adjacent to a children’s playscape, and a 700’ multi-use pathway extension and pedestrian table was constructed to connect the Saginaw Riverwalk to the Park.
