William A. Kibbe & Associates provided civil engineering services for improvements to the existing track and field facilities at Carrollton Public Schools in Saginaw, Michigan.

Civil engineering analysis and design was provided to improve and replace the existing track as well as the long jump and shot put sites. The school’s new track is made of six layers of stranded rubber with a total weight of over 40,000 pounds.

Drainage was improved throughout the entire track and field area; surrounding drainage systems were also relocated and reconfigured to meet current Michigan High School Athletic Association regulations.
