William A. Kibbe & Associates is providing architectural and engineering design services for the Flint Mass Transportation Authority (MTA) – the public transportation provider for Flint and Genesee County, Michigan.

MTA is building an addition to an existing Grand Blanc facility to provide a new 3,500 SF employee support area that includes a dispatch room, cafeteria, and restrooms. The addition also includes a large bus storage facility with 10 garage bays with pull through overhead doors. Mechanical HVAC systems will accommodate required ventilation and heating, and LED lighting will be designed throughout the entire facility.
