William A. Kibbe & Associates captured some recent photos from the downtown Midland, Michigan construction site of the new 5-story H Residence, a handsome $25 million mixed-use building that will house elegant condominiums, retail spaces, a restaurant, and more. The first floor will accommodate the Northwood Gallery and Midland County Convention & Visitors Bureau.

This building is slated to open in the fall of 2016, and is owned and developed by Shaheen Development. William A. Kibbe & Associates is providing structural engineering design and condominium documentation services, and Three Rivers Corporation is providing the architectural design for the building as well as construction management services.
