Due to continued growth and to meet client needs, WAK is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Designer for any one of our office locations.

Position Description:

The candidate should be highly motivated, possess good communication skills, and be comfortable taking a leadership role as part of a project team. The position(s) will involve preparation of plans and specifications of systems relating to the design of HVAC and plumbing, refrigeration, ductwork, water treatment, process piping, and industrial exhaust/ventilation systems. CEM and/or LEED certification will be a plus. Technical personnel should have at least 5+ years of experience showing increasing project involvement and responsibility. Desired individual should be fluent in Revit® and most common Microsoft® programs. Engineers should possess a BSME (or related field), and have the ability to become a licensed PE in Michigan. Designers should possess a HS diploma minimum and be able to demonstrate an understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
